Terms of Service

Welcome to StickerDue. By accessing or using stickerdue.com (the “Site”) or any StickerDue services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About StickerDue

StickerDue is a directory that helps drivers in Pennsylvania (and eventually other states) find vehicle inspection stations, view station details, and set up expiration reminders. We are not affiliated with PennDOT or any government agency. Station data is sourced from publicly available government records and may not always be current.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts & Reminders

  • You may create an account to save vehicles and receive expiration reminders via email.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Reminder emails are sent as a convenience only. StickerDue is not responsible for missed inspections or any consequences thereof. Always verify your vehicle’s actual expiration date.

4. Shop Listings & Accuracy

Station data is derived from publicly available PennDOT records. StickerDue makes reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Hours, phone numbers, and booking links are provided for convenience and may change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the station.

5. Shop Owner Accounts

  • Shop owners may claim their listing to manage their profile, hours, and booking information.
  • By claiming a listing you represent that you are authorized to manage that business.
  • StickerDue reserves the right to verify claims and revoke access if misrepresentation is discovered.
  • Paid listing tiers (Featured, Sponsored ZIP placements) are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Sponsorships are non-recurring; pre-paying multiple months creates separate records per month.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download any portion of the Service.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake shop claims.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or circumvent any security measures.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Site (excluding publicly sourced government data) is the property of StickerDue and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. STICKERDUE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STICKERDUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StickerDue and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or booking platforms. StickerDue is not responsible for the content or practices of any third party. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

StickerDue may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
